Gedronken in Faro. Een frisse, elegante wijn met levendige zuren en subtiel fruit (citrus, groene appel). Mooie balans, licht mineralig en heel toegankelijk. De uitmonstering van de fles is stijlvol en doet recht aan de kwaliteit in het glas. Kortom: een verrassend fraaie Vinho Verde die zowel solo als bij lichte gerechten uitstekend tot zijn recht komt.
Loved this, single varietal Vinho Verde. Really classy texture, a creaminess, lemon curd thing going on for me. Had this on its own but this would be a lovely food paring with the weight and complexity. Excellent example of VV
