The grapes are destemmed and go directly to the press, then clarified and fermented with only fine lees at controlled temperature. In the final stage, the blend is assembled to preserve the desired characteristics. It shows citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit with delicate floral nuances, vibrant and balanced acidity, and flavours of citrus and stone fruits in a fresh, elegant finish.
