Produced from first-pressing must, fermented without yeast inoculation and at controlled temperature. The blend of 40% Avesso, 25% Arinto, 20% Loureiro, and 15% Trajadura results in a wine with great balance and complexity. Hand-harvested in September, using grapes from Resende. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
