Produced by Vale Mercê Wines, this Alvarinho is the result of a manual harvest carried out in September, using grapes sourced from Resende. After arriving at the winery, the grapes are sent directly to the press, then clarified and fermented only with fine lees at a controlled low temperature. It reveals citrus notes alongside hints of passion fruit, peach, apricot, and lychee, supported by a distinct minerality and a long, persistent finish. Sustainable, crafted from old vines, high quality, and produced with minimal intervention.
