Any user may freely choose whether or not to provide their data.

Filling out the customer form, contact form, quote request, and newsletter subscription form is considered voluntary provision of data and is understood as a declaration of acceptance by the customer of this privacy policy, as well as the processing and storage of this data by Vale Mercê for the commercial purposes for which it is intended.

Therefore, Vale Mercê reserves the right to store and use the data provided by the customer until the customer expressly requests its deletion.

Although Vale Mercê does not undertake to store customer data after the deadlines for renewal of its services have been exceeded and/or after termination of the contract without express information to that effect, Vale Mercê cannot ascertain with certainty whether or not the customer wishes to remain registered as a Vale Mercê customer.

If it is in the customer's interest to no longer be contacted by Vale Mercê and for Vale Mercê to no longer store their data, they must expressly request the deletion of their data from our databases.

3 – Security and use of your information
